Join the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for a live event on May 16 at 11 a.m. ET as we launch the annual Click It or Ticket enforcement mobilization and efforts to increase seat belt use. 

NHTSA Chief Counsel and President Biden’s nominee to lead the agency, Ann Carlson, will host the event and her remarks will be livestreamed from Washington, DC. She’ll be joined by: 

  • David Mills, Founder & President, Kailee Mills Foundation; 
  • Colonel Roland Butler, Superintendent of Maryland Department of State Police; and
  • Dr. Alfred Croteau, Acute Care Surgery, Hartford Hospital.

NHTSA’s Click It or Ticket national paid media campaign begins on May 15 and runs through June 4, 2023. The national seat belt enforcement mobilization begins on May 22.
