Drive Sober Holiday Kickoff Event

Virtual EventJoin the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for a live event from Washington, DC, on Tuesday, December 12 at 10 a.m. ET, to kick off the agency’s annual winter holiday high-visibility enforcement campaign to combat alcohol- and drug-impaired driving.
Speakers will include:
- Polly Trottenberg, Deputy Secretary, U.S. Department of Transportation;
- Ann Carlson, Acting Administrator, NHTSA;
- Senator Ben Ray Luján, New Mexico;
- Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, Illinois;
- Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, Michigan; and
- Nikki Renfroe, National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives.
NHTSA’s impaired driving campaign features messages of Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over and If You Feel Different, You Drive Different; Drive High, Get a DUI.
