Dear Mr. Gerth: This is in response to your letter of March 3, 1975, requestin approval of your proposed owner notification letter for your defect notification campaign (NHTSA No. 75-0005) involving the front wheel bearings on some model L1113 trucks.; The letter which you propose sending to owners of the subject vehicle satisfactorily meets the requirements of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966, as amended.
