At first, please let me take this time to introduce myself. My name is Michael Gronowicz, I have been with Keiper Recaro a little over a year as Julie Gonzalezs' successor. Along with this letter, you will find the inquiry to you dated Sept. 21, 1990, as well as your reply dated Nov. 20, 1990. In your reply, you refer to the "render inoperative" provisions. I have been studying this letter, and I find this subject difficult to comprehend. Can this be re-worded in "laymans" terms to clear up the confusion on my part?
