Dear Mr. Helbig: It has come to my attention that Spencer Testin Services is advertising its inspection procedure as 'NHTSA approved.' This representation is incorrect. NHTSA has not approved this or any other inspection procedure. Therefore, I must insist that this language be immediately removed from the advertisement and that you refrain from making such representations in any other format. Please send me a copy of the corrected advertisement without reference to the inspection procedure being NHTSA approved. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
