Dear Mr. Kulik: This is in response to your letter of March 9, 1973, requesting ou confirmation of an opinion given you by phone concerning the method of testing the sensitivity of seat belt warning systems under Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208.; We hereby confirm our previous statement that the weight sensin provisions of sections S7.3 and S7.4 do not require the use of a specified test dummy.
